Payment
When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and Australian GST.
Payment can be made by Mastercard or Visa only. American Express is not accepted. Neither KUSA nor Vault-R Pty.Ltd. store credit card details after the transaction has been completed.
Cancellation
Vault-R Pty.Ltd. reserves the right to cancel your order prior to payment being processed. You are not permitted to re-sell KUSA products to a third party without prior written consent from Vault-R Pty.Ltd.
Shipping of WEB ORDERS
All KUSA products are can be shipped to most countries world-wide. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please email info@kusashoes.com for confirmation. Any applicable import taxes are the responsibility of the importer (you).
Items are usually shipped with 2 business days. Shipping times are indicative only and all shipping services are sent with DHL Global Mail. Shipping is calculated according to the weight of the order, service required (express or standard) and your location (Australia or International). Multiple items in the same order may attract additional shipping charges.
Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing you order. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon dispatch from the KUSA Physical Store.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
You may return a Product that you have purchased if the Product is faulty or different from how it was described or shown. Items cannot be exchanged for any other reason.

Exchange
Items can be exchanged if returned unused, in their original condition with proof of purchase. Vault-R Pty.Ltd. must be notified of the exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Costs for Return of Exchange Goods (shipping or other) are your responsibility.
Credit card details must be supplied at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued if the returned item is of greater value than the one for which it is exchanged.
Your original order number should be referenced with any exchanges.
